Türkiye'de HES kodu nedir? Nasıl alınır?
T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından şehirlerarası ulaşım kısıtlamalarının kademeli olarak kaldırılmasının ardından normalleşme sürecine girdiğimiz bu günlerde Sağlık Bakanlığı şehirlerarası ulaşım için geliştirdikleri yeni projeyi açıkladı. Hayat Eve Sığar projesi kapsamında sunulan HES kodları yurt içi seyahatler için artık bir serbest giriş kartı olacak.
HES kodu nedir? Nasıl alınır?
Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) uygulaması, yurt içi seyahatlerde güvenli uçmanız için T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından zorunlu hale getirilen yeni bir uygulamadır. T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından alınan kurallara göre yurt içi seferlerde seyahat edecek yolcuların uçuşlarını sağlıklı bir şekilde gerçekleştirmesi için HES Kodu ile kontroller sağlanacaktır. Uçuş zamanınıza 24 saat kala tüm yolcuların risk durumları HES kodu üzerinden sorgulanacaktır.
Yolcuların hasta olmadığı ve risk taşımadığını gösterecek bu kodlara aşağıdaki belirtilen işlemler sonucunda ulaşabilirsiniz.
1. Kısa mesaj (SMS) ile;
HES (boşluk) TC Kimlik Numaranız (boşluk) Kimlik kartınızın seri numarasının son 4 rakamı (boşluk) kodun geçerli olmasını istediğiniz gün sayısı” yazıp 2023’e SMS atınız.
Örneğin:
* Örnek TC Kimlik numaranız 12345678901
* Örnek TC kimlik kartının ön yüzündeki seri numarası xxxxxxx1234
* Örnek uçuş bugünden 20 gün sonra ise, seyahatten sonra 7 gün daha kodunuzun geçerli olması gerektiğinden en az 27 yazmalısınız.
Bilgileriniz böyle ise, 2023’e gönderilmesi gereken kısa mesaj metni “HES 12345678901 1234 27” olacaktır. Sistem size az sonra 27 gün geçerli olacak HES kodunuzu telefonunuza gönderecektir, siz de ilgili alana girebilirsiniz.
Bu işlemi bilet satın alacağınız her yolcu için ayrı ayrı yapmanız gerekmektedir.

Bilet satın alırken Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) kodunu nasıl gireceğim?
* Seyahat öncesinde, kişiye özel üretilen Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) kodunun temin edilmesi ve bilet satın alma aşamasında, rezervasyona eklenmesi gerekmektedir.
* HES kodu, Sağlık Bakanlığınca yapılacak kontroller için sorgu amaçlı kullanılacaktır. HES kodu ile birlikte yolcu kimlik numarası (TCKN, Pasaport vb.), iletişim bilgisi (telefon ve e-mail alanlarının her ikisi de) ve doğum tarihi gibi alanların doğru ve eksiksiz girilmesi zorunludur.
* Web sitemiz üzerinden, bilet satın alımı sırasında, yolcu bilgileri sayfasında bulunan HES Kodu girişi alanına her yolcu için ayrı ayrı HES kodunuzu girebilirsiniz.
* HES kodunuzu check-in esnasında da göstermeniz gerekmektedir. Check-in esnasında HES kodunuz tekrar kontrol edilecektir.
* Check-in kontrolleri sonrasnda sağlık durumunuz, T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın sorgu ve yönlendirmeleri doğrultusunda uçuşa elverişli olmaz ise kurallar gereği uçuşa kabul edilemezsiniz.
